Formadi frant P.A.T.
The many forms of cheese used to produce it are chopped and mixed into a single compound. Then salt, pepper and cream are added, which give the product a very particular and inimitable taste. Its processing involves a period of rest and then it is subjected to a short maturation until it reaches a compact consistency.
The flavour of Formadi Frant is strong, slightly spicy with a contrast between sweet and spicy.
Pairings: it is traditionally paired with local red wines, quite soft, harmonious, medium-bodied and with good aromatic persistence.
