"Mattonella with 7 Herbs" cheese
"Mattonella with 7 Herbs" cheese is a simple and pleasant cheese for every occasion, produced in an artisanal way, using traditional methods. The name Mattonella comes from its particular shape that resembles a brick. Its paste - which becomes semi-hard as it ages - is characterized by an ivory color crossed by the chopped seven mountain herbs, tiny scattered eyes and a milky-buttery taste, with floral and aromatic herb scents.
