

Montecenere cheese is produced according to the ancient traditional recipe, aged in the mountains on cherry boards. It has a soft paste with a sweet and pleasant flavor of freshly milked milk, enriched by a layer of vegetable carbon in the central part.

Uses and pairings: Excellent in the kitchen for fondues. It pairs well with vintage red wines.
