Toma Montecauri cheese
Toma Montecauri, which takes its name from the peak of the same name, is a cheese aged in Alta Valle Grana with the good milk of our mountains and the artisanal wisdom of the past. Its paste has marked holes and a sweet flavor, characterized by great persistence and an aftertaste of mountain herbs and flowers. The maturation, which lasts for at least two months in natural caves, on fir stages, gives the cheese a complexity that conquers the most demanding palates. Each form is branded by fire.
